How the winner is decided
Each category is worth the points below. You earn the full amount for a perfect guess, and points fall off the further away you are. Highest total wins.
Closeness rules — full points for a perfect guess, and your points halve for every step you're off (so closer always beats further, and nobody ever bottoms out at zero):
📅 Date — points halve for every 2 days off.
🕐 Time — points halve for every 2 hours off (wraps around midnight).
👶 Gender — all or nothing.
⚖️ Weight — points halve for every 8 oz off.
📏 Length — points halve for every 1½ inches off.
💇 Hair — half the points for amount, half for color.
💰 Each guess is its own buy-in entry — more guesses, more chances (and a bigger pot). A guess only counts once the organizer marks it paid. The winning guess takes home half the pot; the other half goes to the baby fund 🍼
Tiebreaker: whoever was closest on the date, then on weight.
